AFK Blogger Returns

Sooo it has been a while... a long while. I've still been cooking and playing in the kitchen and making it up as I go along, I just haven't been writing about it recently, or for nearly a year. I do have a couple fun new recipes that I've been meaning to try, though. In the meantime, I'll post something up about eggs. Everyone loves eggs.

Just Thinking

I love to go back and read my old blogs. I rediscover recipes I haven't used in a while, I smile at my witty jokes that maybe no one else understands, and I think, I do enjoy blogging. It has been an eventful fall for me. I got a job at a bank! I'm so excited to have steady income, but it had been so long since I worked that I had to figure out how to work and then come home and cook and exercise and relax and read and do all the things I wanted to do.

I never realized how much time we spend away from home. I missed my cats and my husband and I missed cooking. But I'm a big girl so I've worked out how it is that you can spend most of your time at work and still come home and cook and read and make up silly things and exercise and play with cats. It involves a lot less time on the internet!

But anyway, now anyone who reads my blog knows that I am still here and I will try to post recipe and kitchen adventures more often :D <3
